Response Times
When you make a support request, we will respond no more than 32 business hours from the time of your request, if a valid SEN license number has been provided.

with unsupported client configurations of Jira (defined by Atlassian)

in any other language than English or Danish
Bug fixes
Bug fixes does not get backported to earlier versions
