Response Times
When you make a support request, we will respond no more than 32 business hours from the time of your request, if a valid SEN license number has been provided.

Monday - Friday 9.AM - 5.PM (GMT+1).

Support Includes

  • Installation of any of our Add-ons.

  • Troubleshooting of any of our Add-ons.

  • Identifying workarounds.

 

Support does not include help 

  • with product training

  • when having an invalid or expired maintainence license

  • with Jira (or any other product) issues

  • with databases

  • with unsupported client configurations of Jira (defined by Atlassian)

  • with Beta or development releases

  • in any other language than English or Danish

 
Bug fixes
Bug fixes does not get backported to earlier versions
